We are happy to hold provisional reservations for up to 14 days.

To confirm your booking, please complete our booking form and send to us by post or by email.  

​

Your booking form should be accompanied by the appropriate deposit payment, as specified in each tour page.  Once we receive your completed booking form and deposit we will acknowledge your booking by sending you a tour confirmation form. The balance of payment must be received by us no later than 120 days prior to the tour.

Late booking enquiries are welcome, however please note that any bookings accepted within 120 days of the tour start date must be accompanied by full payment.
