Booking a tour

If you would like to book a place on one of our scheduled departure tours, or a private/custom tour, please first check availability by calling us on 07500 185058 (international +44 7500 185058) or emailing us at info@bluetailbirding.com.

We are happy to hold provisional reservations for up to 14 days.

Before making a booking, please be sure to read our booking Terms and Conditions.

To confirm your booking, please complete our booking form and send to us by post or by email.  

​

Your booking form should be accompanied by the appropriate deposit payment, as specified in each tour page.  Once we receive your completed booking form and deposit we will acknowledge your booking by sending you a tour confirmation form. The balance of payment must be received by us no later than 12 weeks prior to the tour. 

Late booking enquiries are welcome, however please note that any bookings accepted within 12 weeks of the tour start date must be accompanied by full payment.
